Instead of asking you to trust a certificate, we publish what can actually be checked: our equipment list with brands and quantities, monthly capacity, in-process photos, written working terms, and the full factory address. Book a video walkthrough or visit in person.
We welcome video audits and on-site visits. Tell us when you want to look and we will schedule the line so you see real production, not a staged sample.

Polybag, hangtag and carton packing per your instruction. Third-party inspection can be scheduled before cartons are sealed.

We agree a defect rate cap in writing before production. Pieces above the cap are remade or credited at our cost.
Third-party inspection is welcome. We will schedule the line so your inspector sees the goods, not a staged sample.
Report an issue with photos within 14 days of receipt; we respond with a remedy plan within 2 working days.
